The fruit comes from the Bruer family’s organic vineyards in Eden Valley, one of Australia’s most respected regions for Riesling. The cool climate and naturally acidic, loamy soils help produce expressive wines with great purity. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, this wine reflects a minimal-intervention approach while still delivering excellent value and bright varietal character.
