One of Scotland’s smallest traditional distilleries produces a whisky with remarkable richness and character. Matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, Edradour 10 opens with aromas of dried fruit, honey, marzipan and warm baking spices. The palate is full-bodied and silky, offering notes of raisins, toffee, roasted nuts, orange peel and gentle oak, before a long, warming finish with hints of sherry sweetness and spice. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is a classic Highland malt with a rich, old-fashioned style.
